How much is a 90 minute Reading with Jean?
90 minute Consultation Fee: $195.00 USD

Does the Client pay in advance or after the reading?
Advance payment reserves your appointment space. Jean deposits the after the actual consultation is completed.

What form of payment does Jean accept?
Cash (in a card and sealed envelope) or Money Order in the exact amount agreed upon.

What is the minimum time to book an appointment with Jean?
1 hour ~ (Fee: $130.00)

What if the Reading goes over the scheduled time?
If you choose to extend the reading beyond what you have booked the appointment for such as 60 or 90minutes – then you must immediately send the rest of the payment to Jean through the same way you sent in the initial payment. You are held responsible to finalize the additional payment upon completion.
- For each Additional 30 minute increment – Fee is: $65.00 USD

Can returning Clients ask one follow up question?
Yes. ~ The cost of 1 question as a follow up question: $25.00 USD
If you go into 2 or 3 questions, add another $25.00 per question. This honors both Jean’s time and yours. You may send this by mail as you have done for a regular appointment.

Where does the reading take place?
Currently, Jean offers the reading(s) by Telephone only.

Where do I get the address to send the Payment to Jean?
Once you inquire by phone and an appointment is scheduled, Jean will give you the mailing address and all the necessary information at that time.

If I lived nearby or was within the Jacksonville, Florida area, would Jean consider taking an appointment face to face? It is possible, but you must inquire and make necessary arrangements with Jean to have an appointment with her face to face/ locally.

Does she record the session?
No. Not at this time. But you are welcome to take notes or record it yourself. Perhaps in the near future Jean will record and more information will be given.

Who incurs the cost of the Telephone charges for the length of the appointment? The client incurs full cost of the telephone charges according to their long distance provider.

On the day and time of agreed appointment who calls who? The client is responsible to call Jean at the designated time/date of the appointment.
